How do you get Help to work under 1.33 stamp IDE

I installed the v1.33 editor and it seems to work OK.
But help doesn't work. But if I run the v1.31 editor help works with it.
Is there something I am missing to get it to work from within the editor?
When you click on the Pbasic.CHM file it does come up, but not from the drop
down menu bar on the editor.
I am running Windows 2000 Pro, and the serial ports all work OK with the
editors.

time / decimal point / language setting and the other I believe had to do
with the help file being in the same directory as the PBasic files.
