I can''t get my LCD to initialize!

<PRE>Sounds like your LCD is getting random data from your circuit. If you are
sharing lines with other peripherals, you might try disconnecting them
entirely. Otherwise make sure you have your pins from the Stamp connected to
the correct pins on the LCD. Lastly make sure your program toggles the
correct pins at the right times and sends the data you want. Are you running
4 bit or 8 bit mode? Are you giving a sufficient amount of time for the LCD
to initialize before you try to "talk" to it?
