Hi Stampers,
I am new to Stamps and basic programming. My problem is that I work
on an older laptop with a slow processor and a tiny drive, I don't
have a pdf file reader. Is anyone aware of a place where i can
download BasicStamp2 manuals and\or tutorials in either HTML or TXT
formatting?
Thanks for your time.

can get someone to burn it on a CD you might find a copy store that can
print if for you.

1) Search for "Basic Stamp Manual" at http://www.google.com
The first entry will be the Parallax PDF document. Google has a link
"View as HTML" which does a so so conversion.
2) Pond Electronics has an HTML translation at
http://www.pond.ie/TechInfo/Stamp/stamp2_manual_html/ -- I don't think
this is the latest version of the manual though.
Hope that helps.

Adobe means this for folks who use a "reader" or similar to read PDF
files as HTML. Might be useful for some other documents.

Looks like the converter is slower than Christmas and does not do the
graphics -- it apparently only sucks the text out of the document.
