BiStep Motor Controller
#30004 $89
***********************

Parallax is proud to release the BiStep Motor Controller board designed by
Peter Norberg Consulting as a complete Bipolar/Bipolar dual stepper motor
controller system. It includes the capability of driving one or two stepper
motors, each of which being either unipolar (4-pole) or bipolar (2 pole up
to 1 amp/winding). This unit is a good choice for those designing products
using linear actuators, especially since the microstepping features will
reduce noise levels and can increase positional accuracy by a significant
amount.

The BiStep controller is compatible with the BASIC Stamp 2, 2e, 2sx, and 2p.
A BASIC Stamp programming board such as the Board of Education or Super
Carrier board is recommended to interface with the controller but not
required. A standard breadboard is acceptable since the BiStep controller
has terminal blocks installed for easy motor connections.

Sample projects that would greatly benefit from the Bistep Motor Controller
include:
Motors requiring more precision control
Robots requiring high precision control
Industrial applications (ex: printers)
Automated production systems
