LCD display from comfile

I have an 4x16 ELCD164-BL from COMFILE and I don't succeed in
connecting it to my BS2. The command I use is: serout 4, 84, [noparse][[/noparse]65].
Can somebody tell me what is wrong (it is connected to output 4, so
the problem must be in the other parameters) ? The LCD display is
9600 bauds, one start bit, 8 data bits, one stop bit. Thanks a lot
