Digital camera control

I would like to control a digital camera with a basic stamp. Specifically, I
would like to trip the shutter with the microcontroller. Has anyone done this
or could point me in the right direction. Does anyone know if the camera
manufactures publish repair information, like Sams Photofacts?

I have an old Kodak DC260. It is a discontinued model. It is very
similar to
the cameras listed on the site that Al listed.
