Pocket Watch prob. SOLVED

Hi All,
Got it figured out. You can't use the same VAR for the baud rates of both
the LCD and the Pocket Watch. It's because the LCD I have is 8bit, no
parity, INVERTED, and the Pocket Watch is 8bit, no parity, TRUE.
