Has anyone attempted to control a laser disk player with a STAMP?

We are using Basic STAMPS to control Pioneer DVD players, and the
commands are similar to LDP commands. I think it can be very easily
done.

Could you provide more insite? We too, will convert to
DVD soon. Actually, we have units in place now that
don't require a controller. But I would like to set up
somthing to control Pioneer LD and Pioneer DVD
players?
