Stamp Webcam! I think I know how.

Well, I know a lot of people want to build a stamp based webcam.
After much research I think I know how to do it. Of course the
Basic Stamp cannot do anything with the picture but immediately
transfer the data to a computer. After talking with an engineer at
OmniVision (a CMOS image sensor company) he suggests connecting an
Averlogic memory FIFO (AL422B) to a CMOS image sensor. Then he says
that the Basic Stamp could interface with the FIFO. So, what do you
guys think about this plan?

I posted the schematic that I got from OmniVision in the files
section. You can interface the FIFO with the Basic Stamp supposedly.

    Dear Sir

You have mentioned the schematic has been posted in the files section, where
    exactly it is?

I am interested to know it.
    Thanks a lot.

The file name is AL422 Frame Buffer Ref.pdf
    Hope this helps.

    Dear Adam Georgas

Sorry, but I'm still not able to find the file. Is it inside Parallax web
    site or what?

Grateful for your help in advance.

If you go the http://groups.yahoo.com/group/basicstamps/ and on the
left hand side of the page, click on "files" then "AL422 Frame
Buffer Ref.pdf" you should be able to find it. If I am the only one
that can see that file because I uploaded it or something just let
me know and I will email it to you.
