Hi:
Can Little step-U create an analog signal consist of linear ramp
function? If it cannot, can somebody help me refer to other product
that might be able to do customized signal which consists of some
liner ramp signal + step, like the following figure:

____________
/
/
_______/
/
/
/

where the x is time and y is the voltage
I hope my picture can depicted what I am trying to say...
Thanks in advance

    hi,
go to www.tla.co.nz and download the data sheets on the little step u.
it does support ramping but maybe not 'jumping'as it seems from your post.
perhaps this could be done in software.
i haven't used one of these yet but i'm contemplating using them in an
    ongoing project at work.
    regards,
    ian

    Hi,
Thanks for the tip. I am looking into it. . Somehow, the alignment
is misleading. It's actually not a jumping signal, as shown. I just
need rapidly create two consecutive ramp functions ( ramp- flat and
ramp + flat again). It seem like little step u can do ramp function,
but I am going to try if it can do two consecutive ones. Thanks
    -PZU.
