download obj error #021 : cannot download to this version of the device

Hi,
I debugged my file bs2p40 and it went well. Then I commented all
debug message and generate obj file with stamploader.exe. When I
download the stamploader.exe with filename.obj ( I also tried the
single executable one), I got an error message on both download
methods of "#021 : cannot download to this version of the device" .
What is wrong?
