Hello. I'm looking for old stocks of CD22100 IC for my BS2 project.
Do you know where to look at?

you could goto www.maxim-ic.com and check out their crosspoint switches.
Their switches of course are limited to 5 volts max.
But they do have really neat 16x8, 16x16, and 16x32 crosspoint switch IC's.
For example 16x16 http://pdfserv.maxim-ic.com/arpdf/MAX4356.pdf
It might save you on the number of parts you need.
They also have a serial interface which reduces the number of I/O pins you
need to use.
Their switches or multiplexer IC's though can handle up to +/-20v though.
But these aren't crosspoint
switches though.
If you ask them just right, they'll send you some free samples.
