power switch

Does anyone have a slick alternative to a toggle switch for turning
the power to the stamp on and off? I am using a membrane keypad to
control different things and was wanting to use one of those buttons
to turn the power on and off rather than use a toggle switch. I was
thinking of using a latching relay but it just doesnt seem like the
right solution. I would like to use something non-mechanical like an
electronic relay.

you press the switch it either resets the processor or the processor
wakes periodically to check the switch. While "off" all outputs are held
off. If you have power sucking external hardware, you could switch them
off with a transistor.
