PAK-V PWM Coprocessor

can I use the PAK-V PWM Coprocessor to control 2 stepper motors and
how ?

The PAK-V generates PWM. Stepper motors require a sequence of pulses, so
the PAK-V is not really going to help you control steppers. The PAK-VIII
is good at controlling servos (and generating PWM), but again, not
steppers.
