I need to build a wind speed indicator that has the sensor and the read
out separated by a wireless connection. The range of the unit would only
have to be about 500 feet. I would like the read out to display the
speed, possibly output the speed to a computer for recording, and lastly
give some form of audio feed back of the speed. The audio feed back
would be in the from of a variable pitch tone that I could hear from a
headphone connected directly from the receiver or read out device. I
have seen several messages about the one wire weather station. I don't
know what is involved in that but it may be a start. If any one could
forward any related information it would be appreciated.
