Resistance measurement

I am tring to measure using RCTIME command.

The resistance range of interest is 20 ohms to 1200
ohms. I am tring to us RCTIME to determine the time
the RC time constant and then calculate the resistance
value. This value I then want to display using the
DEBUG command.

Any suggestions as my solution at this point does not
display the correct resistance value.
