Fast DC Motors on Small Robotics Kit

Does anyone have any suggestions on a good, low-cost, DC motor interface
to the STAMP. I am looking for a solution that can support up to 10
motors (via daisy chaining IC boards, etc) where the motors can be
controlled simultaneously -- is there any such device available?
