This one made our office laugh!
In cooperation with Quadravox, Parallax introduces the new Boe-Bot Speech
Board! This board comes pre-loaded with 220 professionally-recorded robotic
vocabulary words. Distances, objects, system functions, numbers are included
in this set.
In addition to the playback of pre-loaded sounds this device is programmable
like other Quadravox sound modules. Load and playback your favorite *.wav
files. An optional Speech Phoneme Chipset planned for release June 1, 2002
lets you construct complete sentences from individual speech phonemes.
String them together and play a sentence under serial control from your
BASIC Stamp!
The Boe-Bot Speech Board is mounted on top of a Parallax Board of Education
(or a Boe-Bot). The Boe-Bot Speech Board is $129 and we have only 50 units
