easiest way to interface stamp with caller ID phoneline

hi,
whats the easiest way to hook a stamp up to the phone line (somehow)
and be able to decode the caller ID information that comes through
as incoming calls are coming in?
i know about the schematic in the stamp manual about using the
transformer to hook a stamp up to a phone line for DTMF
reasons....but how do i read caller ID info?
