Universal industrial input amplifier for basic stamp

Hi there,
I'm try to made a universal input amplifier for industrial purposes for test
banch.I need a input from 0-10mV, 0-20mV, 0-100mV, 0-20mA , 4-20mA and
0-10V. I would like to made it with op-amp.Does anybody on list use
something like or can suggest something because I'm not very good in analog
electronics.Output from amplifier should be 0-10V.
All signals must be converted to 0-10 V and input should be chosen with
jumpers. I would like to take that signal with 12 bit A/D C and logged with
basic stamp or 8051 and send a data to PC.
Any information will be appriciated.
