I forgot the existance of this simple, cheap and effective system.

    One thing you may want to look into with this setup is the possible negative
    effects of oxygen bubbling through your liquor. I know this would be critically
    important for beer or wine, but I'm not sure if oxidation would be a problem
    with the hard stuff. If it is, you could solve this by using a blanket of CO2,
    if you have it. Just something to consider.
