Pulse stream to voltage circuit

I know it's off topic, but after searching the internet and my text boosk
for hours, I've drawn a blank on how to do this!

I'm sure it can be done simply, but I can't find it!!!

HELP! Even if someone can give me link/hint!

What do you want to do? Frequency to voltage conversion? Integrate the
pulses to an average DC voltage ?.
