For some times I have been looking for a transmitter / receiver
module that can send/receive raw data and the fequence could be
easily changed by means of a digital input or by changing a crystal.

the modula should be able to operate around the 40Mhz rang.

dose any one know where I could get me hand on one or the circuit
plans to build one.
