I have no credit card, so I can either barter my Basic Stamp or pay
you the actual amount of books+shipping and I can make an additional
payment for the time you spent in helping me.

    Hi,

    It looks like you can also pay by check or money order, which would probably
    be your best/safest bet:

    Have you looked into ordering the book through your
    local Borders or Barnes & Noble (or Books a Million,
    depending where you live)?

    My location is outside USA, so no Barnes and Noble or Amazon here,
    the books were also out of stock here [noparse]:([/noparse].

    Problem when I send money order, it will take time for me to have
    them received the money order then another time for the books to
    reach me.
