Incandecent LAMPS

I have 8 signals comming from a 74C595 Shift Register,
then I want to use this 8 signals to control 8
incandecent 60Watts lamps. I know that I have to use
a TRIAC but if someone has a squematic of how to do it
correctly,, I will appreciate.

A very easy way to do that is to use some of the I/O
modules made by Crydom and others. TTL signal in -
control 110 VAC on the output. About $8 - $9 each,
tho.
