High Speed Transistor

Hello,

Does anyone know of a good high speed transitor to control a 24V
motor at a couple amps? The use for this is for PWM speed controller.

one direction only? or forward and reverse?

make a real big differance.

you can control the motor one direction only with 1 device, but forward
reverse requires 4 or more devices in an "H" bridge configuration.
