DS18S20 supply in the UK/Europe - slightly O/T

I am busy with a project to use a BS2 to control a sensor network using one
of Prof. Anderson's serial temperature measurement networks and to display
the results on an LCD as well as record the data to a PC. This project was
progressing well until I ran into a supply problem!

I ordered a number of the DS18S20 sensor ICs from RS in the UK but they have
cancelled the order quoting a delivery time of greater than 14 weeks! Does
anyone else know where I can source these (or the original DS1820) - ideally
in the UK or in Europe?

I have them on hand. Shipping to the UK is $2.00 for any quantity.
Takes about a week.
