GPS decoding help

Sorry to bug everyone again.. I'm having trouble decoding all the values in the
following GPS data. It comes from a Garmin Etrex in "text out" mode.

@020126061313N4031210W07822433g026+00384E0001S0003U0000
@020126061314N4031210W07822433g026+00384E0000N0000U0000
^ ^ ^
0 12 29

from the "@" to position 12 is the time.
from position 13 (the "N") to 29 is the lat+long.
from position 30 (the "g") out to the end I have no idea

Thats why I need your help. The first line is from me moving around (walking
speed, over probably 10 feet) with the unit. The second line is the unit laying
still.

If anyone has any information on the Garmin Etrex "text out" I'd love to hear
what you got to say.

Thanks in advance,
Rob

    Hi,

    Give this link a try:
    http://www.parallaxinc.com/downloads/Resources/Aero%20GPS%20Brief.PDF

    it describes how to interface a BS2p to your GPS unit.
