I am sorry to bother you, but I figured the GURUS of computers might be able to
help me. I was not trying to make this a problem, and not to make other people
delete files like the others. The people that get a kick of wrecking other
peoples computers need help. Just like the people that make Viruses to hurt
    people that they don't know.

As I said before I am sorry to bother you.

    Anthony,

    I am not an expert.

If I were in your situation I would simply delete these files on the
strength that Norton AV found what it thinks is a virus (as opposed
to an e-mail hoax) and both are in temp directories.

I thought that if Norton could not repair the file, it let you quarantee it.
From there, you can send it to Norton, and/or safely delete it after being
    quarantined..
