Hello,
I have a small project that has to fit in a very small place. So small in fact,
adding a 7805A external volt reg may not be possible. Maybe I won't need it? I
only need the stamp to power a small 433 Linx RF receiver module and a LED to
indicate transmission (the Led is a 5V type with built in resistor). According
to the Linx manual the receiver only draws a max 7mAh, not sure about the LED (I
thinking maybe 10mAh???). According to the Bs2 schematics I got from Parallax,
the Bs2 can source 50mAh from it's on board reg. My question is... can I safely
use the Bs2's on board reg to power this project (skipping the 7805)?
Thanks
Richard
