Parallax BOE

Hi, I want to make it clear if it is legal to make a Board of
Education w/o the breadboard for personal use and share the schematic
and layout with others, I made one BOE for the purpose to meet my
preferences in a heavy duty application, I used terminal blocks
instead of the Breadboard for interfaces.

So I am asking if this will not offend Parallax, in case it will not,
I am willing to share to you the layout and schematic ( schematic can
be found on Parallax Website ).

So long as you don't use our name or any of our trademarks (registered or
otherwise) on your board, you're clear.

I will not be using your name, but what if someone ask me what my
board does, or what are its function, and I tell them it functions
like the BOE? Is it just ok?

Yes, of course. There are many people -- some professionals -- that build
accessory products for BASIC Stamps. Again, the only thing you must be
careful about is violating Parallax trademarks. Don't do it.
