I am going to use CAT 5e cable to hook two stamps together. I just
want to know would this work to send info 30ft.

blue = Ground
blue / white = VCC (12 V)
orange = Ground
orange / white = SERIN
green = Ground
green / white = SEROUT
brown = Ground
brown / white = VDD (5 V)

I want to make it so I have little cross talk. Will this work, or
dose anyone have any ideas? I want to use CAT 5e because I get it
free from my boss

Thanks
A.j.

    All of these circuits are single ended circuits. The use of Cat 5 cable in
    this application does nothing to reduce crosstalk between circuits. If
    crosstalk reduction is a parameter that you wish to achieve then use
    balanced drivers and receivers for serial in and serial out. If you need
    both 5 volts and 12 volts at each stamp separated by thirty feet then
    consider using isolated supplies at each stamp and avoid the presence of
    common mode power currents on common grounds.
