Yes, but an almost universal drawback to digital panel meters is that they
cannot be used to measure a voltage that has anything in common with the
power supply used to power the meter. Bear that in mind and be prepared to
provide independent power to the meter.
I saw a meter that could measure its own voltage. I cant remeber where but a
google search should find it.

Try to find an old Ethernet ISA card with BNC connection.
On the card you wil find a little (about 1 inch) black box
like an IC but fatter.
This is a power supply isolator. Using it, you can make a
separate ground for the measured voltage and the power to
the meter.
