HomeMade Digital Voltmeter PROJECT HELP

Hello. I would like to display on a led display the votlage on a wire
that varies in voltage from 0 to 1.5 volts. I have a basic stamp2
and BOE. I have no idea where to start and would appreciate ANY help.

Why use the stamp for this? I would use a LM3914 and it will give you 10
divisions for your voltage range and be much easier.
