Real Time Clock to the millisecond?

I need to get a real time clock reading with milliseconds.
i.e. hh[noparse]:mm:[/noparse]ss.mmm
All of the RTC chips seem to only give whole seconds.
Has anyone done this or have any ideas on how it might be done?

The Dallas DS1215 counts hundredths of seconds, seconds, minutes, hours,
Days,date of month, and years. Dallas is Maxim now.
