Problems getting Stamp Editor V1.2 to install, Thanks for all the help

Well, I finally got the Stamp Windows Editor V1.2 to install and it is up and
running. Turned out that I needed to download and install a Windows Service
Pack update. After I tried doing that everything worked fine.
Thank all of you for your input and suggestions. The one about the Internet
Explorer version is the one that made me take a look at some other things.
Although I had the Version 5 Explorer, it turned out that I did not have the
proper Windows Installer Version in my 1998 Windows 98 version.
