I'm one of the electronics guys on a FIRST robotics
team (524), and I'm looking for a code
development/debugging platform for our robot that's
more portable than a desktop computer.
It needs to run the standard parallax pbasic editor,be
less than 500 dollars and have at least one rs232
serial port.
any ideas?

I may be off base - but - if you are tying your requirements to a parallax
editor, aren't you restricting yourself to a parallax product? If you wanna
do some serious client-server development, you can wirewrap a Z80B
microcontroller with extensive I/O and true interrupts for less than
50.00.......

Get your free @yahoo.com address at http://mail.yahoo.com
with a lot less computer if you'll use the DOS editor.
