Bummer. One of the other European list members reported this as a fix.

You did go into the REGIONAL SETTINGS in control panel and change it there?
In Win98 SE there is a setting on the first screen that lets you set
everything to one region -- mine is set to "English (United States)." I
think this sets the date, decimal point, etc.. all at once.

Thats what I did, with no effect...

Try running help as soon as you open the editor, before opening any Stamp
files. This may indicate another issue as well.

Thats what I did, with no effect... :-)

Must be some more german stuff that goes wrong...

According to what was mentioned previously, this has to do with having the
date in Windows set to the European (day, month year) format and/or using a
comma (,) for a decimal point. Try using the US (month, day, year) format
for the date and changing the decimal point to a period (.)

Parallax is aware of this and is supposed to fix it.
