OK, I have a very specific question here. I want to use a push button to send
pulses to the BS1 to be counted. After the BS1 has recieved the pulse, it will
add one to a variable (count = count + 1). Then, it will send the variable
"count" out serialy to cascaded serial-to-parallel shift registers. My question?
How do I time the registers? What formula do I use? All I know of is Hz, so I'm
not sure exactly how to set the timer. Any help is appreciated...
