Water temp and Oxygen Sensors?

Does anyone have any experience with water temperature and or oxygen sensors
for use with the stamp?

I'd be interested in part numbers or something related so I can begin
researching my next stamp project. I've looked around a little on Digi-Key
and Mouser but don't seem to be finding anything. I did a search for
"Oxygen Sensors" on Google and all I found was Automotive sensors for your
exhaust :)

Thanks in advance,

John

    Now I'm asking:
No takers? Someone here has to know something about this subject! It isn't
from a lack of trying on my part. I simply don't know where to turn from
    here?

Sorry to be soo pushy :)

    Thanks,

Check out www.oceanoptics.com. They have something so let us know if a stamp
    connection is possible.

We use both here the temp sensor is a thermistor read with an a/d (2.5 volt
supplied for ref) the oxy sensor is a
commercial unit (5k up) which is a bit expensive for hobby work. I have seen a
company on the net that sells them
at a reasonable price( check some of the earlier threads about 6 months back if
you can). I will try and find it
and let you know. Drop me an email off list ( scott.tappan.contractor@n...)
so i'll have your email if I find
    the company.

Try this probe if you need this for hobby or classroom experiments.

    Chuck,

Thanks for the tip, but it doesn't look like they have anything 'stampable'
    interesting products though.

    Thanks,

    John
