Experiment #30 (Real-Time Clock) acting funny.

Hi all,
I have a Stampworks kit. In the past, I was able to run exp 30 with
no problem but yesterday when I ran it, the debug screen was showing
the hours going back in increments of one and minutes going backwards
in unknown increments. The days were also going backwards. I even
took out all the wires and the real time clock chip and made the
breadboard bare with a BS2 in place and with the appropriate power
and ground connections. Instead of keeping the display at Sunday
12:00:00 AM (which happens if the right connections are not made),
the same funny thing is happening. Did I damage the Stamp? I don't
know happened. Any kind of suggestions would be appreciated.
