Low volume flow meters

Hi Guys:
Does anyone out there know of a manufacturer for cheap but accurate flowmeters?
I am looking to measure fuel consumption on a model airplane, so size is
critical. The computed flow rate would be anywhere from: 5 to 100
milliliters/minute (0.08 to 1.60 gallons/per hour), and this is the sticky part
as most flow meters I work with do not go this low. I know how to interface this
to a stamp/PIC, plus set up the program - the missing link is the flow element.
Any help out there?
Thanks and regards,
Gerry Shand
