Compact Flash Interface (TERN FlashCore)

Dave and All,
I just received and tested the FlashCore unit from Tern. So far the
unit runs really well. The processor that comes with it is super quick
(40Mhz) and can handle a lot of code. There are several samples that
show how to use the it an they are pretty straight forward. I haven't
interfaced it to a stamp yet, but so far it works great from the PC.
So far I have to say that I'm impressed.

Nathan

I've used the CF1 from www.persistor.com - they work very well, but cost

over US$500.

I'm currently looking at the Flashcore from
http://www.tern.com/flashcore.htm

Much cheaper, but haven't got my hands on any yet.

    Wow, that was quick!

Ok, I'm sold - I'll order a few when I get back home. I'd be interested if you
    get them logging
with a Stamp. I'm planning on using them with Stamps & BasicX systems.
