How do I Interface to Data0,Data1 Wiegand output?

Have a card access reader that outputs wiegand format which
I'm not familiar with. Outputs are labeled Data0, Data1
whereas I'm used to Data & Clock.
Anyone familiar with this format or how to code a stamp to
read these data lines and convert/pass off the data as standard
serial to a windows machine?
