how to control about 20 led''s

Hi Dr Patel,
In about 4-8 weeks I will have about 10-25 of our revised stamp expansion
board.
It features 80 digital outputs, each group of 8 controlled by an SX18.
Currently we discuss the best implementation for the communication between a
stamp
and these SX18. Take a look at http://www.boselectro.nl/synop.html

If you can wait a few weeks and/or if you are interested, please join.
These board will go for about US$ 30. At this time I can only offer empty
pcb's.
Full schematics and part lists will be provided.

Can any one tell me how to control 20-30 or more led's where i can
specify the time and voltage to each led ??
