I am sorry that I am a little of topic but I was wondering if anyone knows a
good source of POWER MOSFETs I need them to handle a 12V power supply and
control approx 12A of current. Thank you

International Rectifier www.irf.com makes wonderful FET's. They may sample
or go through distribution, but I always look there first.

I have purchased various International Rectifier Mosfets from Digikey. If
you don't have their catalog, look at

    www.digikey.com Fast, courteous service.

The logic-level devices are handy, since they can be driven directly from
    Stamp/TTL/CMOS voltages.

    Good luck,
