Lots of R/C time inputs

I have a stamp application that needs more input than the stamp has.
I've done multiple inputs on 4 pins using a 74HC151, but... the
inputs I need on this project are all R/C time circuits. This doen't
seem to work with a 74HC151, I take it because I can't charge the R/C
circuit.
Is there another way to do this? I need at least 16 R/C circuits.
Thanks
Mike

If you're looking for bidirectional 8x1 analog multiplexers, take a look at
the 74HC4051 and CD4051...
