Hello all,
Littlebit of topic, but how does a mouse know that it moves up,or
downwards? According to me, there's light/dark pulse that's measured,
( i see a wheel with all holes) but light/dark can't make the
difference between the wheel turning right(mouse going up) or down?
What's my thinking error?
