communication with SMS

Hello all,
I'm have idea to send data from my data logger to my GSM phone. I'm use Nokia 6110 and I'm already found AT command to communicate with phone. My stamp is connected to 3 different type of sensors and collect (log) data during 24 hours.One time on a day I would like to send logged data to central computer in my office. Does anybody have some link, piece of code or maybe sequence to communicate with phone to send me by e-mail on damir.petrinic@ri.hinet.hr or publish here on group.

Any help will be appreciate.
