Controlling DC Motors

I need to control 4 DC Motors with a BS2. I would like to vary the
voltage to the motors between 12 and 18 Volts by use of a joystick
connected to the PC. Any ideas?

    I have designed a circuit which features 10 SPDT and 1 DPDT relays, all
    control by BS2. Each SPDT relay C(ommon) and NO pads are isolated, and may
    be used to send/receive any voltage/tone, signal, etc. Differing voltages
    could be applied to the C pads to drive each motor. Would that work? If you
